Coffee Housing.....
This really is a misnomer as there seems to be a lull on the news front.
However I have come across several terms which might help when playing abroad, especially on the other side of the Atlantic. I have only culled a few from each entry and will carry on through the alphabet in later months.

I didn’t know what the last one was called but I meet this tactic quite often even at ordinary club nights.
Overheard……….

We had a partnership misunderstanding. My partner assumed I knew what I was doing.
Ring any bells?
Recently I came across a website which is really helpful especially for new players. It’s www.nofearbridge.co.uk. It was set up by Leigh Harding and is very user friendly with all types of help available. Including quizzes, crib sheets, instruction and much more. I heartily recommend a visit. I shall certainly be spending time there this Autumn.
Terry Collier has been in touch with more information on his Dealer 4 machine which he is marketing with great success. With Dealer 4 there is no need to buy expensive bar coded cards which makes it cheaper for clubs.
Terry can be reached at terry@playbridgeuk.com or at www.playbridgeuk.com
There too you can read the comments made by satisfied customers. We wish Terry all the best for his American sales drive.
